Eligibility: Consumers of mental health services who are at least 18 years old and live in Onondaga County Services include: assessment and referral; academic, career, benefits and personal counseling; support with accessing accommodations; assistance with admissions, registration, and financial aid process; development of educational PASS plans; assistance with acquiring time management and study skills; Advocacy
